The Cirque du Soleil has just opened in San Jose with their new performance entitled KOOZA.  Since its premier in San Francisco, which brought a huge audience each night, an agreement has been made for all local college students with student ID to get tickets for a discounted rate of $31 compared to that of the $55 to $90 for a normal admission.  Running from Jan. 31 through Mar. 16, the CSUMB campus community has plenty of opportunity to make a fun weekend trip to see a magnificent show.  Located at the Taylor Street Bridge in San Jose, the show will consist of incredible acrobatics, raucous clowns, light show, and a chance to see a world class act away from home.  A link to the webpage to buy tickets is:  HYPERLINK "http://www.cirquedusoleil.com/CirqueDuSoleil/en/showstickets/kooza/intro/intro.htm" http://www.cirquedusoleil.com/CirqueDuSoleil/en/showstickets/kooza/intro/intro.htm

The website recommended that a student or group reserves tickets as it is a show that is often times sold out.
